Can I send to a list I purchased?

I noticed on the footer of the emails I send there is a Newsletter Sender logo, can this be removed?

No, this is a pay as you go service, you only pay for the credits you order.

No we don’t, we give you the ability to send emails to your prospects and clients.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Credit purchases are final, we do not offer partial refunds
Do the send credits expire?
The send credits last for 12 months from day of purchase
Is there a setup charge?
No, unless you want to order one of our managed services then you only pay for the send credits
How quickly will it take for the credits to be added to my account?
If you pay online with a credit/debit card it is normally within half an hour, some larger orders will need to be approved first but this is normally done within the hour, if you pay by cheque/BACs then the credits will be added once cleared payment is received.
