A:	A report will be supplied detailing the open rates, links clicked (pointing out the most popular), unsubscribe requests, bounce and if applicable forwarding stats.

Q:	If we use our own data how do we know it is safe with you?
A:	Email Marketing Solutions Ltd is fully compliant with the data protection act and goes to great lengths to protect all data entrusted to us.

Q:	What if my clients are unable to read html emails?
A:	The campaigns can be sent out in multi-part, html and text, this allows the recipients mail box the choice of which version to show.
