Image and Document Hosting allows you to manage and control all aspects of your campaign from within the easy to use Newsletter Sender interface. You don’t have to worry where the images critical to your email communications are kept, because they’ll be stored in the same account as your lists and your email creative.

Import Email Addresses

Getting your data into and out of Newsletter Sender is easy. We support various methods for synchronising your data. An intuitive import / export wizard makes importing text or Excel files a breeze. Or you can use our API and XML channels for moving data back and forth between Newsletter Sender and other applications.

Import HTML Data

Upload a pre-existing online newsletter, announcement, image or email template you have created in an offline HTML editor, by importing the file. Alternatively, Newsletter Sender can pull it directly off one of your existing web pages.

Send Test Email

View work in progress and send and receive test emails prior to campaign launch, in both HTML and Text formats

Statistics

Our real-time reports give you detailed reports on your sends. You’ll get a graphical high-level view of your email campaign results, plus you will be able to drill down into the specifics of your reports – right down to the individual recipient and how they reacted on a given campaign.

Templates

Choose from our extensive library of FREE pre-made templates replace it with your own background colors, images and text. Or you can have our design team develop a custom template for you.

Trigger Mail

Building a campaign that has multiple components? Then use an ‘open’ trigger to schedule the next email in the sequence to go out at a pre-scheduled time. Or use a ‘URL link click’ to automatically have a follow up sent to someone who clicked on a particular link in your email.
